I have to say that I haven’t seen one worried Cypriot during the stay of The Guest. Chances of it being attacked here are slim. Or so I think.

Cyprus is really a very very pieceful place, even though there is plenty of military presence - Cypriot forces, British forces, UN forces… The ship was stationed very close to Akrotiri British military base.

Also, Cyprus is an island, which makes it much easier to control strategically…

But it’s gone already, anyway. :)
